This site is not a consumer reporting agency, and it does not fall under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The details found here, along with anything returned by a third-party search tool we link to, cannot be used to make a decision about credit, a job, insurance, renting a home, or any other purpose the FCRA covers. If you need a screening report for one of those reasons, you must use a service that is built and licensed for it.
How Current the Information Is
Government offices update their details whenever they choose, and they rarely send notice first. Jail rosters also load on a delay, so a name may appear or drop hours after the actual event. Because of that, nothing here is promised to be complete or up to the minute. Always call the office directly before you drive to a facility, plan a visit, or send money to anyone in custody. A quick phone call can save you a wasted trip.
This Is Not Legal Advice
None of the material on this site counts as legal advice. A website cannot stand in for a licensed Florida attorney who knows your situation. If you have a real legal question about a charge, a bond, custody, or a record, speak with a lawyer.
Third-Party Search Tools
A few of our pages carry search boxes run by outside companies. We do not own those tools, and we do not control them. That means we have no say over the results they show, the prices they charge, or the way they store and handle the information you type into them. Read the provider's own terms and privacy policy before you submit anything.
Links to Other Websites
Our pages point out to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections websites, federal locators, and other helpful resources. Once you follow one of those links, you leave this site. We are not responsible for what those outside pages contain, whether their information is right, or whether they stay online and reachable. Their content belongs to whoever runs them.
No Records Are Stored Here
This website keeps no jail rosters, inmate records, booking photos, warrant data, or court files of its own. What it does is point you toward the offices and locators that actually hold those records. To confirm that someone is in custody, or to get a copy of a record, send your request to the Glades County Sheriff's Office, the Florida Department of Corrections, or whichever office issued the document you want.
